Just click "see inside" and click the sprite called "Scratch Cat 2.0" ---YAPPING--- So you have here some old blocks that I found in the internet and Scratch 2.0. You can add all of them to the backpack because most of them do work. I think the cursed red hat block and the "undefined" Scratch 2.0 block were patched, so you can't find them there... There is the 2.0 Scratch Cat, a hidden Scratch 1.4 Cat and a Scratch heart, that were directly downloaded from the official Scratch 2.0 and Scratch 1.4 .exe files.
