it feels like the dress code is a lot stricter on girls than it is on boys. the other day my friend wore shorts to school and got dress coded. however, my friend and I were talking to a boy earlier that day and his shorts were much shorter than hers, and yet he did not get dress coded. one of the teachers even complimented his shorts!
