At this point there might be more labels then actual people leading to underpopularity, yes i know some people might be better off as a company but its getting out of hand 10 companies per person? Im sorry but that is too much. In reccomendations if you can't sing but you want to be apart of spop you can be an explainer account or one that just simply gives advice, you could be an spop socialite (making friends and gtkeo with people) it does not have to be a companies where you cant even handle one, which brings us to our next point #02 Not handling companies PROPERLY I despise people who say their company gets the same 5 people when they use the top 3 most popular lookalike groups in spop, when they have 5 auditions open even when they did not even debut 1 already even when you have gotten the worst lineup you expect them to do 5 songs in a week, like what? You don't need to be in a rush, introduce your company, let everyone know WHO YOU ARE. Don't juts randomly pop your audition in 2 promotion studios and expect 200 good singers to apear inside your comments, i learnt that because i started up different companies without know what to do quitting each one and now me and my cousin is running smoothly and getting popular without even debuing are first group @heavenlyent #03 Treating members BADLY If you are a company owner DONT RUSH YOUR GROUPS, there I said it. Im not telling you to give them a month, im saying don't give them 5 days to do there lines. Spoppers range from 9-14 year olds mostly and they are still stuck in SCHOOL not even high school yet and you expect them to do lines like they are a full time kpop idol. I quit alot of times in spop because of these rushing companies, so please if you don't want inactive or lazy songs DONT RUSH be patient, maybe make lore or concept photos to keep your fans on something #04 Glazing and Fovouritism Just because a person is FAMOUS and WELL KNOWN doesn't mean they are perfect for your lineup because the debut will just be awkward, choose GOOD PEOPLE not famous people who do their lines lazily and VERY LATE because that can be a problem. Glazing is another way of favouritism, "OMG YOU ARE SO GOOD", even when you can't hear a single voice because the audio is too loud. Just because they are a wellknown company.
