There are 5 Devil FlamYois who rule their own part of the world. But 1 FlamYoi rules them all: “Yoi” (more about her in her ref sheet if you go to my profile) just in case your confused—yes FlamYois wear clothes and yes they can have hair-rules: you cannot have a devil FlamYoi OC and your OC’s can not have any relationship with any of the 5 devils (including yoi) they cannot have any features like horns or wings that aren’t there tails or ears on the ref sheet. They can throw there flaming heads which they can set on fire at any time as a self defense aka (flaming form) it also makes them stronger.please follow the said rules.
