Instructions

POV - Frisk Frisk stepped though the archway into the first room of the Ruins. Ahead were some large grey stairs on both sides, leading into another big purple arch. Vines grew down the walls on either side. In front of the stairs, a square of red plants grew, with a Save Point shining at the front. Frisk walked quickly to the golden star and touched it. "The shadow of the ruins looms above, filling you with determination." FRISK LV 1 6:31 Ruins - Entrance File saved. Frisk walked up the stairs, admiring the beauty of the Ruins. As they entered the room, Flowey sprouted from the ground ahead. There were a few grey buttons set into the ground. Some were covered with vines. There was another arch in the wall with a lever next to it. The lever was also covered in vines. "I already did this puzzle while you were walking here, so... on to the next room?", Flowey said. "How'd you do it already?", Frisk asked. "It was easy.", Flowey said, "I knew the solution so I used my vines to do it." "You can use your vine-hands at range?", Frisk asked. "Of course.", Flowey said, "Only a few meters away though." They stepped into the next room. POV - Flowey Flowey watched Frisk walk through the familiar room. I wonder what Frisk's stats are, Flowey thought. He decided to check quickly. Frisk - 20 HP 0 AT 0 DF The eighth fallen. Flowey followed Frisk as they walked through the room. Frisk headed ahead to the levers on the walls. I wonder why no monsters have shown up yet, Flowey thought, before realizing that his presence likely deterred the monsters. How interesting. "Flowey!", Frisk called. Flowey turned to see Frisk walking across the deactivated spikes. Flowey sped up to reach Frisk. POV - Frisk Frisk walked into the room, Flowey following close behind. At the other side, there was a dummy. "Try fighting it.", Flowey said from behind, "Don't actually hurt it though." Frisk stepped forward and looked at the dummy. Dummy - 15 HP 0 AT 0 DF Frisk's SOUL appeared next to them. Frisk then spared the dummy, causing Frisk's SOUL to vanish again. "Hey, Flowey, why does my SOUL appear when I'm in a fight, but when I decide to spare them, it disappears?", Frisk asked Flowey curiously. "When you're in a FIGHT, your SOUL appears. When you spare them, the FIGHT ends.", Flowey replied. Just then, another monster walked into the room. They seemed to be a humanoid goat.
