This song is a more experimental track compared to what I usually post. I went back to my roots and made a song styled like a video game soundtrack. It was supposed to be for Honkai: Star Rail, but it doesn't fit lol. I still love how it sounds, even if it has a pretty common chord progression, because it fits exactly the scene I pictured in my head while composing this song. While I was going for more composition, I did end up trying a lot more sound design than I expected. I really wanted a spacey sound, and the presets I had made before didn't cut it. Vital was great, and I also learned a little bit of GMS to sound design that really nice lead at the end! Absolutely love that sound. ... May this journey lead us starward. What I learned: 1. Actually putting better mixing techniques to use lol 2. Making a song for the stars 3.
