Welcome to the Preview of the Horse Comm Marketplace! Once upon a time, I was talking to a friend about facebook marketplace, and how you can buy saddles for like 200 dollars instead of 3,000, right? So then I thought that if this was in Scratch, it would be really helpful to newer members. I posted a comment in the studio asking if anyone would be interested and I got very positive interest! How I plan on executing this is that there will be a studio where people post the things (items or horses) they want to sell. There will be a form similar to what is in this project and you just remix with your information a post. There will be rules and stuff about that when the official one comes out. I made a quick prototype (in the project) and then I found an old horse I reclaimed just sitting in my backpack so I filled out the form for him (you can buy him today, just ask). If you have any suggestions about how to improve the form- or anything in this project- i would love to hear! Also feel free to ask any questions. For Ghost and Starry: I would love if this could be incorporated to the Hood Prints, and possibly Meadowfield stables (though you are not in charge of them), 'life'. Making it known to newer members so they have access to high quality tack and items and horses for less money! For concerned artists: If you are worried that this will increase the likely good of art theft or reselling without permission, I've got your back! Obviously, I can't speak for everyone but there is how I plan on running it. Let's start with horse artists. Say someone no longer has time for a horse you made, and they ask if thy can sell or re claim. You say reclaim because you really liked the horse and trust your self to find it a new home. You post an add in the HCM and boom! You already have like three offers. Tack art is a little more complicated, but what J plan of happening is either one of two things. One, it's a new season to advertise for your shop, you post a new tack set with a lower price in a new color. Two, you find an old piece of tack in your backpack, or maybe someone sells a horse and you reclaim the tack, or maybe you sell a horse and you are left with the tack and you get permission to sell. Then you post an ad, and the tack is off your hands! What I plan on people selling: I want it to be more then just tack and horses so here is what I hope gets sold. - Tack - Horses - Other items in tack stores (bottles, stuffed animals, jumps, etc) - Trailers - Maybe old backgrounds you don't use anymore (like a property sale) - Custom engraved halters or something - Anything you can think of pretty much Did I miss anything?
