the current setting is shown as a contrast effect, and the instructions bellow. Variable 1 does the spreading out of blur. Variable 2 also does the same thing variable 1 does, just in a different way. Example or note is that 1 is the movement of the blur, 2 is the rotation. And variable 3 is the visibility of the blur/contrast effect.
This does not contain any clones or physically visible sprites, only stamps from the pen. It also does not contain any lag, for my horrible computer that lags when I close a tab. So, I guess its mobile friendly?
