[-] The Return of the Chrysanthemum [-] ------------------------------------------- [-] A Grand Return [-] During the last major elections, the Imperial Party of Japan amassed an overwhelming amount of support from the Japanese public, mostly gaining popularity from their conservative, Japan-First stance. With the recent nation-wide sweep of the Party, the current Federal Government has begun massive changes within the last 48 hours. Major changes include the re-districting of Prefectures, the re-establishment of the Imperial Diet, and the return of the Royal Family. With the return of the Imperial State and His Majesty the Emperor, the Imperial Diet has been called back to session for the first time in hundreds of years, now officially replacing the former government formation. The Diet currently consists of representatives from the former government, and will be replaced during the next elections to abide to this new government formation. This photo contains an image of the Imperial Diet Building in Tokyo while in session. During this monumental event, most members of the Diet have sworn loyalty to the return of Emperor Yamamoto, swearing allegiance in oath as follows: "As a humble servant of the Empire, I acknowledge in all ways that my life has now been devoted to defending the good of the Empire and the Will of God. Because of this, I swear to abide and uphold the laws and will of His Imperial Majesty the Emperor, God Almighty, and the People of Japan. ... Long live the Emperor! ... Shu o hometataemasu! Ten no chichi, kansha shimasu! (I Praise the Lord! Heavenly Father, I thank you!)" (This intentional pause is made to differentiate the Lord and the Emperor, for the Lord is the King of all Kings and therefore above our Emperor. In no way should the two roles be confused.) ------------------------------------------- [-] Public Knowlage of the Session [-] The First Grand Imperial Assembly has been called for three major reasons: 1. To rectify the details of the Emperor's Return 2. To swear allegiance to this new Government 3. Re-define Japan's role within the world The Assembly's Session took place from 1-5 PM JST, consisting of 4 hours with in the Imperial Diet Building. During this period, it can be noted that a the Flag of the Chrysanthemum has been raised over the building at exactly 1:30 PM. While the conclusions and decisions of this session are unknown, many had noticed that the Emperor can be seen as the last to leave the building, symbolizing his devotion to his people through congress. Later, the Imperial Diet can be seen posting on various social medial platforms the following message: "Today's Assembly is the first of many. While some Diet Members resist change, we must all understand that the return of the Imperial State is not inherently a bad thing. In the coming days, the voted reformation of the Japanese Government will take place as requested by the people of Japan. Tenno Heika Banzai! (Long Live His Imperial Majesty!)" ------------------------------------------- Credits: Battotai - Japanese Imperial Army March
