The following is from Viktor Kortchev, April 20th, 2028. "I would like to make, one, more offer of peace for Taikavia. This will be the last chance we engage in civil conversation and debate on the international stage. The no quarter has been excused at this time, meaning the Taikavians may surrender anytime, but now, I shall go on to Soviet terms. The Federation of Soviet Socialist Republics has requested the full, unconditional surrender of the Taikavian terrorist state on the following. One, total occupation, and integration of all Taikavian territory into their own SSR within the OCCP. Two, the total demilitarization, and surrender of all weapons and military equipment in possession of the Taikavian terrorist government, and the Taikavian terrorist populace to the OCCP. And finally, three, the surrender of all government, and military officials for trial by the OCCP. These are our terms. The Taikavians will have five days to accept. On the fifth day.. the Soviet Aerospace Forces will be dropping a high yield nuclear weapon on Taikavian territory. We do not want to do this. So I urge you, the Taikavians who have power, to urge immediate surrender. For the government who inevitably has heard this, in the mainland, I urge you to save your people's lives. Though, you've proven to only care enough to extend their suffering in the past, so they serve as human shields, but, maybe, just maybe, this time you will think further. Save yourselves. From their wrath." Its a war they cannot win. Surrender or suffering is the only option left.
