-story- (Checher walks through Tanic’s world and sees Angel Island floating in the air. He uses his air shoes to fly up there.) (He sees Ruckles sleeping.) (Checher taps Ruckles.) (Ruckles punches him.) Checher: "Ow, you bastard!." Ruckles: "Who are you? Another worthless hedgehog like Tanic?." (Checher speed-blitzes and roundhouse kicks Ruckles, but Ruckles blocks it.) (Ruckles digs underground and uppercuts Checher.) Ruckles: "You think my people, my island, and my emerald need your power?." (Ruckles takes a shard of the Master Emerald and turns into his Mastered Emerald Vengeance form.) (Ruckles jumps in the air.) Ruckles: "Chaos Grenade!." Ruckles: "Tanic and Bre were just like you—arrogant bastards who couldn’t stop the people who killed my people!. And they send this piece of trash to repay me? You're not a hero." (Ruckles beats him up.) Checher: "I know I’M not a hero." (Checher charges a Chaos Spear X 90.) Checher: "Chaos output: 100 percent!." (Checher uppercuts Ruckles and then mid-air spin-dashes him off the island.) (Checher forms his Doom Wings.) Checher: "Doom Spear!." (Checher saves Ruckles.) Checher: "I came because Tanic told me you needed help finding and killing the people who killed your clan." Ruckles: "You have heart." Checher: "I didn’t even go Wrath form or Mastered Super Checher."
