This is my dtae for smiley, he looked like a little goober man so I wanted him. I did this in ibis paint. It took like 1-2 hours, and yeah I like him :D. Anyways I made a Lil story for him. If u scroll down. Story: So Smiley was a computer assistant (on the main desk's computer) for an old play park for kids. And as a prank to scare his coworkers a worker there reprogrammed Smiley to have a menacing grin whenever he smiled. And after he was about to change it back to his normal programming, he realized he accidentally deleted his original smiling sprite while trying to make another one, and the menacing smile was now his default smile. Most of the workers ignored Smiley after this because of his smile, and later part of the play park burned down (when it was closed), so most the workers left, and later the company ended up going bankrupt because nobody came after the damage had been repaired. And after this Smiley was left on the computer alone, and somehow got stuck in the picture files (idk I want him to be in the park), and was stuck in images of the park, which meant he was stuck in the play park forever alone. (So he's kinda like a good version of Kinito, or Bonzi if you've heard of those guys.) So uhh yeah that's it and theres definitely not anything at the bottom of this. So uh don't scroll.
