Edit: it took 10 hours of waiting but I got back in lol—still staying at this account tho! So basically @Sweet-Berries_ isn’t letting me log in I’m trying to do the capuchta but it’s not even showing the picture / words I’m supposed to type into the text box to show I’m not a bot and 4/5 of the time it doesn’t show the text box either—it just says, “type the words below” and then nothing. So that’s great. Edit for people who are telling me to talk to kitcat/@usernamesmusthave1: we spent a while trying to figure it out but it just wouldn’t let me in </3
Message I sent to scratch team (the picture above is the same one I sent to scratch team) Hi! I was trying to log into my account Sweet-Berries_, when something happened. I had typed in the wrong password a few times because I was confusing it with one of my other accounts ^^” so it told me to verify I wasn’t a bot. The thing is, is that only about 1/6 of the time, the text box showed up where I was supposed to enter the words to confirm I wasn’t a bot, and no words/pictures with words showed up for me to enter—only a blank space where it was supposed to be showed up—so now I am locked out of my account. The image below only has the most common thing that showed when I was taken to the caputcha page; no text box, no picture/words, only something telling me to “fill out the information below” with nothing below it. I couldn’t get it to load the text box this time. Please help!
