Ever since I reread A Starless Clan last year, I realized that Sunbeam’s personality gives me very similar vibes as Frostheart’s. And this scene here isn’t helping much because it reminded me of a moment from Flying in the Dark, thought one that wasn’t on here. When I moved FitD to the new site it’s on now (which I can’t say or Scratch will get mad at me), I added an extra chapter to help with some pacing issues. In this chapter, Frostheart and Skunktail are hunting together and Frostheart suggests using the exact same hunting technique mentioned here that Sunbeam taught Moonpaw. Even the note about this technique working better with a larger group instead of just two cats comes up as well.
