Title: Parliament Adopts New Constitution of Aquria-Catopolis Today, the Parliament of Aquria-Catopolis adopted a new Constitution of Aquria-Catopolis. This Constitution explains the executive and legislative powers, boundaries, rights and freedoms, among other things. It was declared by the following Proclamation "A Proclamation For the adoption of a new Constitution of Aquria-Catopolis. WHEREAS, on this day, the nineteenth of April two thousand twenty-six, the Parliament of Aquria-Catopolis voted to adopt a new Constitution of Aquria-Catopolis, and to repeal the current Consolidated Constitution Acts; WHEREAS, in the Consolidated Constitution Acts, “An amendment to the Constitution of Aquria-Catopolis may be made by proclamation issued by the Prime Minister where so authorised by (a) resolutions of the Senate and House of Commons of Aquria-Catopolis; and (b) resolutions of the legislative assemblies of at least two-thirds of the provinces that have, in the aggregate, according to the then latest general census, at least fifty per cent of the population of all the provinces”; AND WHEREAS this new Constitution Act will conduce to the well-being of all Aqurio-Catopalians and will preserve the ideals, democracy, rights, and freedoms of Aqurio-Catopalians. I, the Prime Minister of Aquria-Catopolis, hereby declare the Consolidated Constitution Acts are repealed and that the new Constitution Act adopted by Parliament on this nineteenth day of April two thousand twenty-six replaces it." The Preamble: "The Parliament of Aquria-Catopolis, recognising and taking action upon the inadequacies and weaknesses of the current Consolidated Constitution Acts, adopts this new Constitution of Aquria-Catopolis. The Parliament of Aquria-Catopolis is devoted to the Aqurio-Catopalian people and nation, and is committed to the rule of law to the benefit of the people. In 2022, Catopolis was founded, and in 2024, Aquria was founded. In December 2024, Aquria and Catopolis founded the United Republics of Aquria-Catopolis. In 2025, recognising the failure of Aqurian democracy, Aquria and Catopolis reformed the structure of the two countries, thus creating the new Aquria-Catopolis. ATTENDU QUE, aux Lois Constitutionnelles Consolidées, « Un amendement des Lois Constitutionnelles de l'Aquria-Catopolis peut être adopté par une Proclamation du Premier ministre s'il est autorisé par (a) les résolutions du Sénat et de la Chambre de communes de l'Aquria-Catopolis; et (b) les résolutions des assemblés législatifs d'au moins deux tiers des provinces qui ont, en total, au moins cinquante pour cent de la population de toutes les provinces; » ET ATTENDU QUE ces nouvelles Lois Constitutionnelles vont assurer le bien-être de tous les aquro-catopaliens et toutes les aquro-catopaliennes et va conserver les idéals, la démocratie, les droits et les libertés des aquro-catopaliens et aquro-catopaliennes. Moi, le Prémier ministre de l'Aquria-Catopolis, déclare que les Lois Constitutionnelles Consolidées sont abrogées et que les nouvelles Lois Constitutionnelles adoptées par le Parlement ce dix-neuvième jour d'avril deux-mille-vingt-six les remplacent. » Le Préface: « Le Parlement de l'Aquria-Catopolis, en reconnaissant et en passant à l'action contre les insuffisances des Lois Constitutionnelles Consolidées présentes, adopte ces nouvelles Lois Constitutionnelles de l'Aquria-Catopolis. Le Parlement de l'Aquria-Catopolis est dévoué au peuple aquro-catopalien et à la régulation par les lois pour le bénéfice du peuple. En 2022, le Catopolis a été fondé, et en 2024, l'Aquria a été fondée. En décembre 2024, l'Aquria et le Catopolis ont fondé les Républiques unifiées de l'Aquria-Catopolis.
