It rots and glows, healing the soul and breaking the mind. Confusing and carnivorous, yet nostalgic and soothing, Wonderland is as amazing a place as it is dangerous. It is both monstrous and magical. ~~ Echoes of silence Velvety lies A lantern of darkness Whispered sighs A driftwood palace built on the beach Fire in oceans a sandy outreach Scarecrows, grinning made of wicked dreams A paradise, hidden rotting at the seams Angelic devils at the right hand. Welcoming friends To Wonderland. Mushrooms That heal and kill Floating grins and forbidden thrills Gemstones flow like rivers here Sewing wings to the bashful deer A heart of stone buried in the deep Nightmares of heaven haunting your sleep Echos pressed in velvet Lanterns, half-buried in the sand and whispers of a driftwood bridge to the fabled world of Wonderland. ~~ End.
