like he's not canon to anything here yet but he will at least be acknowledged outside of the two-year special stuff. He's Snow's younger brother, this is his new canon. extremely good w/ electronics and tinkering compared to Snow, but she's more creative than Yumiko so they're essentially the perfect duo. Snow had the idea for his mask btw
