For some more context on the rant and stimboard layout rules, I'm limiting rants to 1 but I will include at least 1 different overlay and slime gif in the background. And for stimboards, like I said in the rant, are kind of a free for all. I will be telling you guys if life gets rough, or am otherwise unable to do rant layouts.
