Set the frequencies for two waves for them to be plotted against each other on a graph. Run in turbo mode!
If you leave it going too long it crashes shockwave flash (and almost melts your hard drive), so I added a limit to how many iterations it can do. Feel free to remove it at your own peril! Let me know if you get any awesome shapes :)
