The makeup of this committee will be 4/2, 4 Soviet Republics to 2 international nations. The following; Natikan SSR, Astrenian SSR, Leikorite SSR, Mestovite SSR, Ardernia, and Sovska have all been invited onto the committee. D, The allowance of international peacekeepers in the city-state of Taikan, and the allowance of international inspectors in the Republic of Taikavia. No armed peacekeepers are permitted within the Republic of Taikavia for their safety. E, The limiting of Taikavia's military personnel to 12,000 total personnel, with no access to jet aircraft, heavy armored vehicles, missile systems, or other heavy/advanced forms of offense or defense. F, the confiscation, and banning of all small arms in Taikavia outside a 13,000 maximum for military use only. The TaICom will conduct constant unannounced inspections to assure no illegal small arms are in the hands of the populace. This disarmament policy will remain in effect for 130 years. Mass failure to comply with inspections will be logged as an aggression. G, The Taikavian populace still within the mainland area marked for Soviet integration will be immediately deported to Divinia, or Ardernia. Its expected that there is atleast 600,000 cats remaining in this territory, and these nations must utalize their own ships. Otherwise, special measures will be taken to ensure these Taikavian's removal. H, The permittance for an international tribunal to try Taikavian war criminals in international court with Soviet assistance. Failure for the Taikavian state to comply will be marked as an aggression. I, The Peace Treaty of Sapporong will hold non-aggression between the OCCP and Taikavia for the next 50 years unless extreme circumstances occur requiring immediate military action against the Republic of Taikavia for violating their side of the treaty. J, The Republic of Taikavia may not make any moves to enter alliances with, observe alliances, participate in alliances, or be accepted into any alliances with any foreign nation to ensure peace. The formation of alliances between Taikavia themselves and another singular or multitude of nations are also forbade. Doing such an action will be marked as an aggression. K, Taikavia may not accept guarantees of independence from any nation around the world, rather, only accepting guarantees of independence from the nation of Ardernia. Any guarantees from other countries must be denied, with necessary action to reject if necessary. Accepting a non-Ardernian guarantee will be marked as an aggression. L, The OCCP's COPA Intelligence Cyber Branch will have full permission to flag and delete posts on the Taikavian internet to ensure peace, and a stable populace in the future, and allow the Republic of Taikavia to overcome their radicalized terrorist population as time goes on.
