Texans With a Giant war in the east and its allies Pressuring Texas to join the war, Texas does not join the war but will pick up Refugees and Return them to Texas. The refugees will be sent to Texas, given a monthly budget, a home, and food. after the war is over, Texas Will Give them the choice to let them go home of course, they could just stay in Texas, but they must have a sustainable job or either be given a government job. Texas Will send Transport planes to pick up refugees in the following areas.
