(Sorry for making this project. Sometimes unexpected stuff happen to me so I had to make something up for it) Originally made on October 2023. It was supposed to be the unfortunate anniversary for that one gaming phone 2 decades ago. However, it also had something to do with... something else. So I felt uncomfortable finishing it and left it in this incomplete state. ORIGINAL DESCRIPTION: Well, the Nokia N-Gage has turned 20 this year, and I honestly feel bad about it. This was the device that boasted against the GBA during its time and ultimately failed after having an awful presentation, poor mainline game selection, and unbelievably bad mechanics. The N-Gage was Nokia's attempt at handheld gaming, trying to achieve more of what the others are trying to do. It had internet access, and has a hardware capable of producing PS1-like graphics. Now, one of the biggest issues about this phone is the design. It is shaped in a very bizarre eclipse which made phone calling kind of embarrassing (and extremely infamous for it), and (for the first model) attempting to switch games forced you to take out the battery since it was housed within it. Lastly, the screen was narrow meaning you can barely see anything from left to right. When it was launched, practically no one wanted to get onto the thing, and it just faded completely in 2005. Later on, they attempt to make a "N-Gage" service for Nokia phones in 2008, but seeing the phone market getting into heat especially with the iPhone, they all bit the dust, and thus Nokia ended its lifespan as a proper phone company. Nowadays, handheld game devices became common because of the Steam Deck, and most of them use Windows. Kind of funny considering how scarce the amount of platforms left these days (if you don't count the 8th generation consoles), and yet they can have prices more than twice than a PS5.
Launch Date of N-Gage: October 7, 2003 too much bad taste happening, so it's a rushed belated anniversary. Also temporary design probably for experiment in other characters Credits: Nokia Konami Namco [REDACTED] #Animation
