philbo is a c&a employee who put on the headset way after the events of Caines 'im gonna put everyone in this circus because im jealous of the other ai' thing, the reason being he called in sick on that day and came back the next day seeing everyone gone, years later he came back and put the headset on. personality: kinda like kinger hes really unstable but can switch to being lucid and more aware with certain triggers. talks in a way that nothing he says makes sense except to him. joining the circus: when he first joined he didnt freak out or anything he just smiled like he was glad to be here. he was also really obessed with caine. post episode 7: doesnt really trust caine anymore, more aware of things and sticking near kinger. but draws away from him when he starts talking about his wife. post caine death: remembers hes a coder for c&a and creative art director, he enters caines office looking for a way into the actual code itself and is planning to make his own exit so that everyone can leave.
