I drew Charizard but cute. i kinda need help bc whenever i use the paint bucket tool it doesnt fully paint as u can see on Charizard. if anyone knows how to solve this problem, pls tell me bc it applies to basically all of my projects (if u havent noticed already). if anyone likes this than I'll make more Pokemon like this :)
