Update: I didn't win him </3 DTA entry!! Hurrah!!! I saw this DTA and fell in LOVE with this guy, I wanted to enter for him so bad but the due date was in like 4 days so I had to LOCK THE HECK IN. BIO: Name: Supernova (in english, but he doesn't really have a name. He just goes by whatever generally translates to 'death' and 'star'. Sometimes in English he would be called 'Death Star', but since a Supernova is the death of a star, it is his more commonly used name) Age: created amongst the stars themselves, he is immortal and has existed for all of time. Species: Unknown, he is the only one of his kind. Gender: he doesn't actually have any sort of gender. He goes by whatever pronouns creatures feel comfortable calling him by, but when he reffers to himself he will use he/him General personality: Supernova looks quite scary and cold- his neutral expression tends to come across as quite annoyed. But he is usally very calm. He has a clear head and a strong ability to push asside emotion. He does, however, have a strong sense of justice, and has a soft spot for children and animals. Likes: helping others, talking to others, generally just other creatures tbh Dislikes: being alone for too long, ANYONE who sends another creature to space with no intention of returning it alive, or sending a child to space in any circumstance. General story: Supernova doesn't really have a story, but he does have a purpous. He is an entity quite similar to the grim reaper, except for sould that have passed on in space. He will guide any creatue who's life ended in space to a sort of haven he created where they can all thrive together. He will take creatures who perish in space (for example, Laika the dog), but will also take creatures who were sent to space but died as soon as/almost as soon as they entered their planet again (like Félicette the cat). He does not only help creatures from earth!! He helps creatures from all sorts of solar systems. Some general facts: - the braid in his fur was done by a very young astronout who was sent to space from another planet. Supernova felt VERY protective towards this child, and was extremely angry that she had been sent to space in the first place. - Supernova can turn 'invisible' around planet dwelling lifeforms, but since he doesn't do it as often, he isn't exactly great at it. Some creatures have seen him while he is helping a soul, but he is VERY easily spooked by planet dwellers and will literally run away at the speed of light. Nobody can catch this guy. - he has tried eating food that astronoughts have offered him from their spaceships before, but unless the food is mostly light based (which a lot of food is, in some planets), he cannot digest it. If he eats non-light food, he will be in a lot of pain for a while, and then it will crumble into space through his fur. he does NOT like that. - He LOVES when astronoughts play music on their spaceships. He likes getting to hear new songs. - Sometimes, he will reveal himself to alive astronoughts, if one of their crew died on a mission. He does this to give them comfort, and also because it doesn't really matter to him if planet dwellers know he exists. However, almost every astronought he has met has kept his visit a secret. He REALLY doesn't care, but they always feel it is safer not to tell anyone he exists. - He doesn't only guide the souls of dead astronoughts, but also tries his best to guide alive ones a safe passage home. This is really hard for him, as he IS a god of death, but he tries, and has succeeded on some occasions.
