After a second summit between the NUO and the UC, both sides have come to an agreement to end the war between the NUO and the UC, and therefore ending the Uma Civil War. The NUO-UC borders are reset back to Pre-War Borders, and other terms are to be decided...
The war between the UC and Frankea however is still ongoing, and therefore will continue, while the NUO exits the war.
