Meet Neon everyone! She's an 8 year old RainWing-SkyWing hybrid, who lives with the RainWings, although she was born in the sky kingdom, she ran away because she didn't have any fire. She's kind, empathic, positive, energetic shy when you first meet her but she'll open up eventually, a talented artist, inventer and sculptor who usually gets restless during suntime. Her vemon is hot as fire and the colour of fire rather than black, and her wings are stronger and larger than a regular RainWing's because she's half SkyWing. She often sneaks off to continue her projects during suntime, some of which are distributed to other tribes, like the wing extensions for dragons injured in the war made from paper, fabric or thin wood coated in wax with a wooden frame, which allows them to fly again, or the plans for glass which were sent to the SandWings to test, as even though the SkyWings and NightWings are always able to breathe fire, there isn't an abundance of sand in the mountains, and Neon is wary of the NightWings. She is an animus, but can't use her powers because of Jerboa and prefered to not use them anyways because she likes making things with her talons, she was plannning on making an amazing something to benefit her entire tribe like the IceWing animus dragons did in Darkstalker's time.
