PART ONE: [stability and economy] we must stabilize, so we start giving autonomy to many regions and small states to stabilize. we also start using our military to fight off many t#rrorists and groups that are rather violent. we will also start strengthening our police force and our military force, we can do this by funding them more to prevent any groups from attacking us. and also, we will start giving higher wages to combat inflation. and finally, we will start structural reforms, and we can do this by advertising the builder job, and funding many projects to further rebuild our country. PART TWO [war and more] we must gain dominance and power, so we divide a group of 5k troops into two armies, 3k and 2k. a army of 2k will be sent into Djibouti. 2k will be in the north and 3k will be in the south, the 3k army will be set on their capital city, Djibouti city. and assuming that we have drones as in the present yemen does, we will use them to attack major army areas and attack them.
