Much like UTAV, I don't have a lot of info on Tornado Attack (or TA-1), what I do know is it was built in 2002 by former NASCAR driver Steve Green in order to be the first person to intentionally drive into a tornado, a feat which was arguably snatched away from him by TIV 1 a month before TA got it's one and only intercept.
