His name is Poruka or Poruka Shenlong. He’s A Rare Toon. His Active Ability, “Grant My Wish!”, allows him to grant his allies a random Rare or Ultra Rare Item (Dandy’s Shop Items apply to this too) however, it costs him a cooldown of 500. His Trinket, Dragon Plush, grants the User a Random Item (Any Tier) each floor if they have a slot open. (His Original Trinket was the 7 Dragon Balls— which gave you a 50% random stat boost each floor, But I changed that.)
