His name is Kaizen. He is a saiyan. He has SSJ1, SSJ4, SSJG and SSJB.
Backstory: Shortly before the destruction of Planet Vegeta, Kaizen's father placed him on Earth and entrusted him to an old martial arts master. The latter took care of him and raised him as his own son. Later, he met Karnok and wanted to challenge him; he lost the fight and continued to train relentlessly. He later awakened Super Saiyan 1, 4, GOD, and BLUE.
