Their planned expansion has already begun, and communication routes between them have improved. the first constitution, inspired by the Communist Party manifesto, is complete and the organization of the armed forces decided, with the beginning of light conscription. the political fabric is formed by the king, to whom the executive power belongs and can pass or block laws, the director of the trade union of asmara, elected by the people and to represent all the trade unions, to which the legislature is assigned, and the judiciary to a workers' court directly elected by the Tigrinya people.
