(click the image to advance screenshots) Yesterday, I beat the Corrupt Heart with the Defect! i wouldn't have been able to do it without Static Discharge+ channeling a bunch of lightning when the heart does an attack x 12 turn. using biased cognition when i have artifact also helps. I started with 4 or 5 potions and a bunch of potion related relics.
