Hi! This is the Ghost Nettle! A humanoid plant mutant! Bio (it will be written from the perspective of a researcher): The Ghost Nettle is a peculiar mutant from after the nuclear fallout, the first one I’ve found in the abandoned remaining forests in what used to be Canada. It got its name from how the being has been observed seeming to be taking on the form of a human, or at least trying to. The vines and other greenery on the Ghost Nettle move constantly to keep form. Its roots are found mainly at the feet where it moves its vines the most to imitate walking. Fellow researchers when observing the Ghost Nettle after my discovery of it in XXXX (idk the time the studio is supposed to be taking place, and looking at the lore project if you decide to add it there bc of updating, feel free to put down whatever year you want) has found out things that seemingly line up with predictions of behavior. The Ghost Nettle has been observed trying to flee from combat at the second conflict near it starts; seemingly to prevent being torn, being picky about where it steps when presented with different kinds of dirt; two with many nutrients and two with barely any nutrients, and staying close to water sources; preferably open water sources with a range of medium to high density of live vegetation around them. The current guesses on how and why the Ghost Nettle appears in human-like appearance is that the radiation from the fallout had made the plant sentient, as observed with many other mutants of plant origin, before somehow observing possibly a wandering human trying to survive, another human like mutant, or seeing a picture of humans and decided to copy it the best it’s plant structure could The Ghost Nettle has shown no hostility so far considering it’s want to avoid conflict, sometimes even coming up to researcher teams from behind when they’re researching another Ghost Nettle and giving them something they dropped. When contact with the Ghost Nettle was first made, it was very curious and rightfully so, it might’ve thought that human’s were close to, if not extinct and therefor wouldn’t gather in small to medium groups like research teams sometimes do. Never the less, it’s friendly behavior towards humans have made study easier, allowing us to get a closer look at it, giving us the average hight in the diagram you see as 5”7. Further research possible but not in dire need considering behaviors
