This time there are 3 judges! Me (hi)! @KirbyIsAweome100, returning from last round! And KitKat, the new judge! (does not have scratch) welcome to the Sonic Fan Content Contest, a Sonic fan content contest! Here, you'll submit your content in hopes to win! There are, a few things I must mention however. ----------RULES---------- The project must follow Scratch guidelines. The project has to be able to run on a computer. It makes it easier for me to test. The project must only use content from Sega or Nintendo games, and content of your own, or from a team for the project. No Modgen sprites, CartoonAnimates22 sprites, or anything like that! You CAN use pre-made engines for the game, but it'll probably get you a lot less points from the judges. If you have questions about the rules, or any specifics that aren't mentioned here, just ask. You may get rejected for other reasons. ----------OTHER--------- Don't want to be limited to Scratch? The submission can be multiple other things, as long as it still follows the rules! It can be a fangame. It can be a mod. It has to be one for Sonic 1/2/CD RSDK, S3AIR. It can be a Riivolution patch. It's gotta be formatted like others though. It can be a ROMHack. As long as it's supported on OpenEmu, or it's on Sega Genesis. If it's Sega Genesis, I can test that one on real hardware. And as always, it can also be a Scratch game.
