After the OV-10 Bronco strikes, the J.A.M. paratroopers will try to capture their ports and shores in attempt to stop any help ship-based help, while they wait for AA Guns that are still in development. There is no possible way to stop aircraft and they don't want to send aircraft carriers to the shore of hostile territory, it's way too dangerous. On top of that, there's only one operational aircraft carrier and destroyer.
