Bio: Marsh is a MLW FPA No. 3113 and his B Unit No. 3113B manufactured by the Montreal Locomotive Works in 1954, and was one of 5 of engines of his models ordered to work for the Vancouver, Manitoba and Ontario Railway as dual-service passenger-freight locomotives. He was Assigned to Pull Mainline Passenger Trains and Freight Trains until 1971, when he was joined the VMB&ON Heritage Fleet to pulling their Excursion Trains. However, The Excursion Career were not meant to last. On July 1st, 2013, During Event of Phineas & Ferb Season 4, Episode 7, "Sidetracked", Marsh made his Catastrophic Run for the Trip to Ottawa, Ontario for the upcoming Canada Day ceremonies. The Passengers and Precious Albert the Moose, Canada's national symbol, arrive and they hop on the train at the Portland Union Station in Portland, Oregon to the US/Canadian border. However, Precious Albert the Moose is riding a train on the US/Canada border, later on, Agent P (Perry) of Danville, Tri-State Area teams up with a former partner, Lyla Lolliberry, to stop a hijacked train running along the US/Canadian border. In a past mission, they had a falling out, so Agent P must decide whether or not he can trust Lyla and her unique sense of logic to get them through the mission, defeat Doofenshmirtz and save the train's passengers and Canada's national treasure - Precious Albert the Moose. Lyla and Perry follow Doofenshmirtz, but Lyla falls off after the train make a sharp turn in the tracks; Perry tries to pull her back off, but falls off too, allowing Doofenshmirtz to escape away in the train. Lyla immediately notices a handcar next to the track, but Perry tries to operate it himself, slowing them down. After Doofenshmirtz boots a passenger off at his station (without stopping, though the passenger ends up being instantly transported to his home in a matter of seconds), several passengers notice Perry and Lyla operating the handcar on the adjacent track, and everyone starts taking video of it. Doofenshmirtz's cell phone alerts him to the trending video, and he starts watching it just as Perry kicks him in the face. Doofenshmirtz uses an installed platform to rise to the roof again, and while gloating to the two agents about how he cannot be stopped as long as he has the -inator, a tunnel entrance smashes the remote in his outraised hand. This causes Marsh go completely out of control. Lyla immediately realizes there's an emergency brake in Marsh's Cab Interior, and Doofenshmirtz decides to join the two agents in their attempt to stop him. While running to Marsh, Doofenshmirtz, after dodging three obstacles because he had to tie his shoes, falls into the toilet he'd escaped through earlier, so Lyla and Perry go ahead without him, though Doofenshmirtz managed to catch on later. They reach Marsh, but Lyla is only able to fix his hazard lights, his emergency brake being inoperational. Perry realizes they can save everyone by getting them all into the Observation Car, where Albert is, so Lyla uses the PA system to tell the passengers to gather in that car. She, Perry, and Doofenshmirtz join the passengers in the Observation Car, which slows down; Perry had disconnects that car on the way there. Everyone rejoices that they're saved, but a large claw grabs the caboose and lifts it into the air. Lyla sees that it's a helicopter that grabbed the caboose, and on the bottom of the helicopter reads "Bannister Evil Enterprises". Realizing that Bannister is the one behind this, she and Perry grapple their way into the chopper, Doofenshmirtz climbing up behind them. Bannister remarks that they're now trapped in the helicopter. After the Event of "Sidetracked", it comes worse, Marsh is completely uncontrolled, and frightened, as realizing that he will be soon the crashed into the Pacific Central Station in Vancouver, British Columbia. But there was Zachary, a VMB&ON MLW S-3 No. 2978 was prepared farther down the line to couple to the front of the runaway to slow him further, if necessary. Zachary successfully coupled onto front of Marsh and slowed him by applying the dynamic brakes on the chase locomotive. Zachary and Marsh successfully stops and was nearly crashed into a buffer stop at the Pacific Central Station in Vancouver, British Columbia. After the Incident, Marsh was taken out of service for maintenance, repairing his Inoperational Emergency Brakes. Marsh returned to Service on August 2013. Today, Marsh continues to pull the Excursion Trains on VMB&ON's Mainline, along with Boutilier, Bennett and Zachary. Fun Facts: 1.
