Yes.. ace could always roll for items and such.. HOWEVER.. This is not something they abuse / can abuse (They don't abuse it and cannot abuse it). Actual reason: Is due to it feeling unbalanced, and lame, like VERY lame. Even though I actually spun a wheel for this one, they got like really lucky. In the future I will continue to spin a wheel or roll a die, if they use this again, which I hope they don't. Lore reason: They don't know how to do it on command, and it makes Ace feel terrible since to Ace.. it is basically cheating. (Apologies for not adding this ability into their description, and I understand if it gets me a low score :]. )
