There are a lot of issues with this design. #1: Speed The speed you mentioned would be impossible with this ship, you only have 104 rowers and small sails. For comparison, the Ragean Quadrireme has 409 rowers, over twice the sail area, and travels at a max speed of 8 knots. I am aware it is heavier, but the substantially more powerful propulsion counteracts that. Also, due to your smaller size, the ship has more hull per rower, meaning your propulsion to weight ratio is lower. #2: Weaponry While catapults were used in real life during naval combat, they are still highly inaccurate, and require a lot of preparation. Additionally, carrying giant boulders on your ship weighs it down. As for your ballistae, they're very small, and more comparable to a Scorpio. A thing about ballistae is that they're torsion weapons, meaning the power scales with size, meaning smaller ballistae are weaker. Your "ballistae" basically might as well be shooting toothpicks. Your "Fire bottles" have yet to be explained as to how they work, and remember that these are limited to throwing ranges, meaning you can easily be boarded if using them. Small, low temperature fire will also have an issue burning solid wood hulls. And if you aim for the sails, your throw will be too weak to actually hit, and if it does hit it won't have enough force to ignite whatever flammable material you're using, let alone break the bottle. (In summary, fire bottles are useless in naval combat.) #3: The Ram Since your ship is so small (and consequentially light), and not very fast, you won't be carrying much force. This lack of force means you won't be as likely to cause a fatal breach in the opposing hull. It's actually beneficial to have a larger area on the ram, and a more blunted shape (So long as you don't over distribute the force of impact). Small punctures are easier to repair, and cause less flooding in the first place. Therefore, it's advisable to have very broad rams, only using small spikes to create the initial puncture so as the main ram has an easier time breaching the hull.
