Tanzania has agreed to negotiate with the South African resistance. The leader of the resistance (Boganyit Ferrg) came to a small port in Maputo, under the cover of darkness and a mask, with the escort of a single South African War veteran in case there were any Atlantican guards around, also with the resistance. He meets with a Tanzanian sailor in an electric and silent speedboat soon to arrive at a larger military ship, to get to Tanzania and make deals with its government and military, to improve chances of liberating South Africa.
