Uh, you can sign your character up before they are the correct age(13), but you can't have a 'SM' until they reach the correct age. I would prefer that after you find someone interested, you start a CRP thread with them, asking them to be your SM, but if they are an older (not 13-14) fox, then I'll just register you into a family with them :D
