WARNING: mild body horror, medical themes, uncanny valley. Nothing too crazy but it’s best to warn what will be in this dta. Backstories, in order of appearance. V 0wL-0wL, or owl was an experiment. He was created by the military as a weapon. They had combined animals together to make a creature. They named that creature after the name of the project. 0wL. Owl had the head of a wolf, the wings of a bird, and some sort of cross between the two on his legs. Quite powerful, but it wasn’t enough. They rewrote his entire body. They made his teeth sharper, mouth impossibly big. They had to relocate his eyes. They were placed on his chest, after they were enhanced. They had his fur grow thick and shaggy, in hopes to hide his anatomy. The blanket of fur folded in strange ways, making this creature, this new weapon, look straight out of a nightmare. He was given sharp everything. Legs, arms, ear, tail. Just to make him silent. They made him dark to blend with the night, unseen. but in result of the ruthless experimenting, his teeth and eyes started glowing cyan. Proof that he was never meant to exist. He lurks in cities, neighborhoods, streets, hoping to catch every secret. He was an owl, feasting upon conversations. But also, feasting upon those who dared to fight. He was surveillance and punishment in one. Seraphim- They are an angel. The Seraphim. The highest position in heaven. Their six wings mighty. They rule over all, the entire world! They are second only to god. Their wings cover their face, as they cannot be seen. But behind the feathers, their eyes burn like coals. The fire, heat, all radiates of them. If Seraphim’s eyes are not covered, they can burn all of earth to the ground. Доктор- доктор/ doktor was originally a Russian girl named Zoya. She had a passion for medicine. She wanted to be a doctor. Her parents wanted her to focus on computer science and coding. They thought that was the only future left for mankind. They were scared of computers. The knowledge flowing from them as if from a cornucopia. They forced Zoya to learn computers. If Zoya could control computers, they were safe. That’s what they thought. But Zoya kept trying to be a doctor. She was determined. And eventually, after long hard struggle with college, and staying away from her parents, she did it. She helped people. She saved lives. She did everything a doctor could do. She began to be more known. Her medical position got her more patients, more money. She had eventually saved up enough for a small clinic. Extremely expensive, but worth it. But her parents learned of this. They were mad. They hated their child for not doing what they had told. For having a mind of her own. For choosing her future. They found her. First, on social media. Then her clinic. They waited for her to come to that small clinic. To check up on it, to see if everything was running smoothly, and then a flash of fire. The small match going feral, destroying everything Zoya had worked on. At first confusion, then she knew. They wanted her to work with computers then they would get that. The only casualty that day was Zoya. Eventually, the clinic was rebuilt. Patients returning. At first, they were scared, but the truth had gone out. An unknown individual had written down a full account of that day, including the suspects of the fire. The people thought that’s all that happened. That Zoya had spent her last moments making sure her parents didn’t take everything. But, some patients, see things in that clinic. A sleep paralysis demon. A red girl, looking just like a bloody monitor, with medical equipment. She reassures the patient that everything will turn out alright and then disappears. They say she smells of ash and has a Slavic accent. Those patients started calling this demon доктор. Named after all they know about her. Her field, and her heritage. It wasn’t the same, but it always felt ironic to the demon that those were the very things that destroyed her. They destroyed Zoya. Cont. v
Monster- Monster is a person, but also a plush rabbit. Monster was a child. Going to school, playing in the playground, hanging out with his friends. All like a normal child. Monster’s name was Alex. Alex had a favorite object. A security blanket. It was a giant rabbit plush. It was his great grandfather’s. Then his grandfather’s, then his fathers. When he was born it was his. When he had a child, it would go to them. For Alex it was comforting. A reminder of his home. For other people, not so much. The rabbit was pretty ugly. It was made from an assortment of materials and colors. The seams were ripping apart at the stomach and mouth. Its eyes caught light in such a way that they seemed to glow. Alex loved it. His friends when they came over, did not. But nevertheless, they came. Alex’s friends got used to the rabbit, even started to like its creepiness. But Alex had to move. Suddenly he had to leave his home. His family couldn’t take everything. His dad had lost interest in the plush. No matter how hard Alex begged they wouldn’t let him take it. He didn’t have a kid to pass it on to, so he gave it to his friends. His friends hid the rabbit in school. They would use free periods to “visit” it. When they eventually graduated they left the rabbit. They knew that a piece of Alex would always be with that rabbit. A happy child, playing with his friends at school. They made sure that the rabbit was securely hidden in the school before they left. None of his friends forgot that rabbit. Neither did the new students either, because there was a rumour about a plush monster roaming the school at night, always in the classrooms or playground. Seraphim and a lil guy named Kat. Kat is a dead kitty waiting in heaven for her owner. Not a full entry, so just a little drawing.
