This is a collection of all of my favorite art made in the timeframe of me starting and finishing my sketchbook!!! This might have a few reposts from other art dumps if its an old piece I appreciate I think I've grown a lot! It's nice to reflect on my growth sometimes, especially because I'm not really in a place where I'm fully proud of it yet.
Thanks to my sketchbook and ipad for housing my deranged creations CRINGE ALERT My thoughts on each thing: 1. Cover of my sketch book! It's hard to see the pencil, but there's an arrow pointing to the rainbow that says its me backwards !!!!! 2. Opening page of my sketchbook! Simplistic, iconic, and actually has a date on it. Amazing 3. I should probably name my ocs now so they can be told apart. This is Rowan! I draw him the most. This is the first drawing I have of him that I like 4. I'm actually not the biggest fan of this one, but it could totally be worse. (It's actually the only of my big watercolor collection at the beginning that I don't despise) 5. The only saving grace of this drawing is that I think I did pretty good with the upper half. Just ignore the legs. And the buildings. And the facial expression. 6. Rowan had an eyepatch for a bit and it was cool but I scrapped it because the design was so cluttered I couldn't fit in the glasses and as a glasses wearer I need representation in my art 7. More of the same basically but with a sword. I cannot for the life of me draw a sword. 8. This is (left to right) Hazel and Wren. They're from an old storyline I had that was actually the inspiration for me to draw people! (You can see the og drawings of them in an old post its horrendous). For some reason a while ago I thought it would be smart to color it in and now it's ruined so I'm reusing this screenshot. 9. For a little bit this drawing had EXTREMELY long legs I have no idea why I didn't notice it. You can sorta see where I went in and changed it. 10. I got too lazy to color this one, but it's the first one with Indigo in it! They don't show up in this too often because I keep accidentally butchering every drawing I make of them 11. Some skong fanart. Not much else to say. 12. I redrew some old characters from my writing notebook I had years ago. Hazel reappears here, along with my WoF and WC ocs named in the photo 13. Tried redrawing an old WoF drawing I made when I was little. I don't like the colors for the dragon, but they were the only ones I had. 14. Horsey!!! I ride horses so I enjoy trying to draw them a lot. 15. Back to Rowan. It's highkey surprising I went this long without a semidecent drawing of him 16. Part one of my 1 year sketchbook anniversary! I made 100 mini jesus' (im not religious btw just felt like specifying) to hide in my sister's house as a prank. It took me three hours. She's still finding them. 17. Part two of the anniversary! This is an actual serious drawing I made with my new (and favorite) markers. Deltarune reference at the bottom too!!! 18. This is Belladonna! (When naming her I realized there's also a WoF character with the same name, but there's no connection it's simply a banger name). I also need to draw Belladonna more!!! She was the first character I thought up for this story line !!!!! 19. I saw a thing online of someones hand in pretty cool lighting so I drew it! 20. When I was in elementary school, I made a really bad drawing that was basically this. I redrew it and made it look more like how I do nowadays. (The only difference is I have a cooler jacket now) 21. Some more Wren appreciation in the house. The drawing I made of her and Hazel really made me like her as a character more! 22. Even more Wren. I'm not the biggest fan of this one, especially in the red shading, but that's just how the turntables tabled 23. A frame I liked from my Tongues and Teeth MAP part! I really enjoyed drawing this one 24. Half of a drawing I made, but I hated the other half so much I crossed it out for my sake. (It was very bad) 25. Pedestral worm. Don't ask 26. I drew an eye and then drew more around it. I don't really like the hair, but the eye was really fun. 27. Doodles! I drew a cat too, and I don't really do that all too often. 28. I drew a battle scene but with just Indigo and Rowan. I absolutely butchered some parts of it, but it was really fun to make! 29. Simon Minor (Hawaii Part II), my baby boy. Yeah I saw some cool stuff online and had to draw him 30. Tried using a reference for Rowan's hair and I don't really like how it came out, but whatever. 31. Some work on faces at different angles. 32. I think this is my favorite one. I was listening to Stranded Lullaby and got hit with inspiration. The pink was originally so pretty, but as I drew it became duller, which was really sad. 33. My little brother gave me some paper and asked me to draw on it, so I glued it to my sketchbook and doodled 34. A frame from my part in A Feeling for the Heart. This part of the animation was my favorite bc it was very crunchy 35. Drawing of every single character I've ever drawn in this sketchbook! Some of them weren't featured as they were drawn very poorly. In order (up down left right) they are Echo, Andrey, Rowan, Elliot, Sam, Ray, Talia, Belladonna, Indigo, Corvid, Wren, Hazel, Sasha, Michael, and a mini jesus
