Hello! Welcome to my story! Click or press space please! ★ Age 1-3 | she/her | straight ★ I didn't know what LGBTQ was, or really what gender or attraction was. I dressed pretty "girly" and wore fairy wings all the time. I was pretty normal. ★ Age 4 | she/her | straight ★ I learned about gay and lesbian because my parents had gay friends. (They are allies) I didn't really think about it though, or how it was any different from other couples. ★ Age 5-9 | she/her | straight ★ I started school. In about second grade, my friends started talking about crushes. With boys. I thought some boys were cute, but I didn't really have any crushes. I thought there were only 2 gnders, boys and girls, I didn't really know anything about LGBTQ, only gay, trans, lesbian. ★Age 10-11 | she.../her? | straight???? ★ In 4th grade, there was a Nonbinary kid in my class. (but I didn't know this term at the time) I had never heard of this before, but I always remembered their correct pronouns. Other people would ALWAYS forget and call them "him" which really bothered me. I started to wonder if I could possibly be like that too. I also wondered if I got crushes on girls. I was just really questioning at this point. ★ they/them | lesbian? ★ I went through 5th grade and then started middle school. By the time I was in middle school, I knew that for sure she/her was not right for me. I did some much needed research because I knew practically nothing about LGBTQ, and found the term Nonbinary. I was closeted to everyone. I started to think I was lesbian and joined my school's LGBTQ club. ★ they/them | panromantic asexual ★ I went through a LOT of terms and confusion and not knowing enough about LGBTQ. But here I am. I finally know enough. I am nonbinary, panromantic, transgender, asexual, maaaaybe demifemale and g3nderqueer (still figuring those 2 out). And I have come out as pan to 2 friends! Progress! I am currently working up the courage to come out to my family. I know they will be supportive, but it's still scary, and some of them don't understand they/them pronouns. :( ★Bonuses★ Bonus 1: what I wish I looked like Bonus 2: My LGBall but I couldn't find the pan flag :(
Picrew for the images Wow... this is my most viewed project BY FAR. If you're reading this, guys, go check out my other projects! Okay... i'm just angry. Scratch's bad word detector wouldn't let me say "genders" in the instructions box, but I can here. Also, genders? I said asexual up there and it didn't care about THAT. WHAAAAAAT?!?!?!?!
