Charger seems fitting since he got overalls. As much as I respect rust, if he was immune to charger's CC Effects, charger would literally be useless so uh, yeah :/ Concussed has a much lesser effect on him though. Charger's Turn is at the front so he can maximize mortification damage. very fair and balanced.
