~ANIMATE~ Instructions: Click green flag to start project. The first button brings you to the animation program. The second button allows you to paste in an animation save code. In the animation program you can draw the first frame, then scroll to the next frame to draw. Once you’re happy with the animation click the triangle button to play the animation. Click it again to pause and edit the animation. Click E to erase a frame. Click the save button in the program to either import a save or export your animation as a save code. When you import a save code click the play button to render it. Please note: This is a work in progress. You can only have 4 frames. Despite this, I was able to actually make a few animations. I plan on adding more frames in the future. This project is related to my last project “Redraw”. Animation codes: https://scratch.mit.edu/discuss/topic/879755/?page=1#post-9125224 Update log: V.1- 4/20/2026 made base program with only 4 frames and terrible onion skinning V.1.1- 4/21/2026 added basic onion skinning. Red for previous frames and green for future frames. Added erasing. V.1.2- 4/22/2026 changed how the project runs so that it only stores frames in one list instead of two like before which should make it easier to expand the code to add more frames. Made onion skin solid color because the pen transparency wasn't working. V.1.3- 4/23/2026 Changed code to allow you to click space again to pause and edit your frames. V.1.4- 4/23/2026 Added the ability to save your animations with save codes. V.2- 4/27/2026 Added a user interface. Made the project actually look nice and mostly intuitive. V.2.1- 4/28/2026 Added music and basic sound design. Credits: All code and art by @Chap113311 & @-Chapped- Music: "Airport Lounge - Disco Ultralounge" by Kevin MacLeod Tags: #art #games
