For centuries, Aragon was the core of our predecessor, and now it has fallen into the hands of the Jacobinists, who have taken the hidden jewel of Spain and ruined it through their extreme violence and suppression of opposition. No more will we allow this to stand, as the only remaining legitimate successors to the Crown of Aragon, the Principality of Catalonia declares war on the Jacobinist Republic of Aragon (assumed name) At 3 AM, the war would start, military drones would be sent out to try to locate the weak points in the Aragonese defences, after this, field guns would begin pounding the enemy lines in hopes of weakening them, the air force would be deployed and begin conducting air strikes to try hit ammo and supply depots, and also take down communications and anti air defences, after this an offensive would begin, utalising a mixture of mountineer units and standard infantry, troops would begin attempting to advance through the mountainous terrain Aragon is known for, they would mostly try focus on moving between natrual defences in the mountains while the enemy is occupied by airstrikes, shelling and drone warfare, once they reach the enemy lines they would launch a proper offenive and attempt to advance. Further south, a naval invasion of Valencia would be launched from the Balearic Islands, first, though, using the straits that they create, a naval blockade would be created, and these ships would begin bombarding coastal defences to try deal some blows before troops are landed, then the marines are deployed to secure the harbours and suburbs, when they are standard infantry are deployed and an offensive to try take the entire city begins, once it is secured some land outside the city is taken and a defences perimeter is set up, and a massive sweep to root out any remaining troops in the city begins.
