I couldn't stop laughing when I saw the old design because that was my old art things about him 1) he likes tea 2) is quiet 3)fav colour maroon 4) is 6'8" or 203 cm ( bro is tall) 5) likes math and it is extremely good in math ( I did this because of the space race and all the stuff that was involved) 6) he actually has a white eyepatch and doesn't wear it all the time but I didn't draw the eyepatch for you guys to see that Maksim(USSR) has heterochromia and so his left eye is a amber yellow to match the Soviet flag and as you can on his right eye its blue 7) one of his siblings is Alaska and Finland( if you think about it historically makes sense) 8) he likes when things are neat and clean 9) if he was a teacher he'd be a strict teacher but also a nice teacher ( do you guys get what I mean he's the type to let you mess around in your free time but when it's time to learn you learn and are not allowed to goof off) 10) loves to read 11) he has long eyelashes but I'm too lazy to draw in my better artstyle or draw in general 12) personality he is cold and strict on the outside but on the inside he will remember everything and try to find the deeper meaning of what you said 13) He may appear to be cold, but he really isn't he's just appears like that and he may be blunt and logical but he isn't unjust and he will stand up for people and he will 76% of the time stop someone if they are doing something wrong or doing something wrong to someone
