The issue is that you can't rotate the sprite that's going to... And it can use a LOT more blocks depending on the implementation... The only upside is that you don't need to use separate go to blocks, which is not very big of an upside, and can only help you if you figure out how to implement x/y goto (Which I couldn't)... You could probably just make a wrapper if it annoys you that much... Just use go to.
