Roles Breakdown: Songwriters: A songwriter creates lyrics, melodies, and chord progressions for music across various genres, working as a freelancer, staff writer, or self-employed artist. IN this case, a staff! You need to be really good at this job in order for you to sign up!! Availability Requirement: 50% at least!! Design Crew: For design crew, you have to be good at making banners, advertising, and you have to be available for at least 70% of the time!! You have to FAST at making banners!! Event Manager: Event Managers have to prioritise on events that 1&ONLY sign up for or get invited to!! You have to manage the events, what we will perform, song recommendations, how and when we will be available, etc. Availability Requirement: 40% at least!! Music Crew: Music Crew is the easiest job between all of these jobs we have available!! All you have to do is find or create music that we will use as a backing track that is NOT copyrighted!! And you will have to advertise as well!! Availability Requirement: 30% at least!! Album Designers: Album Designers' main jobs are to design album covers and post them for us to use!! You may use the themes we give you, or you may use a different one of your own, but has to be similar to the colours/theme we give you!! Availability Requirement: 60% at least!! Admin Team: This will be broken down into 7 parts: Manager of 1&ONLY - You will be VERY BUSY, managing our studio, views, comments, haters, etc. Availability Requirement: 90% at least!! Song suggesting person - All you have to do, is recommend song names, and how the beat goes!! Availability Requirement: we will notify you when we are planning on creating a new song!! Head of Songwriters - YOU HAVE TO BE VERY GOOD AT SONGWRITING!!!!!!! You will have to write a random song from scratch (no pun intended) and send it to us!! Availability Requirement: 60% at least!! Head of Design Team - YOU HAVE TO BE VERY GOOD AT DESIGNING BANNERS, MERCH, ETC.!!! Send us a banner you have created and we will check it out and give feedback! Availability Requirement: Whenever the Design Crew are called!! Head of Event Team - Please keep in mind that you will have to be part of the ADMIN team, not the other team!! You will have to check the event and check if others are joining and have the same name as us, then find other events to join and PLEASE be alert for any invites!! Availability Requirement: 90% at least!! Head of Tech Crew - all you have to do is: Find good sfx for our podcasts!!, just more attentive!! Availability Requirement: 70% at least!!
